Vice President Property Management Multifamily

As the Vice President of Property Management, you will lead portfolio-level operations for a growing multifamily platform, shaping department strategy, elevating onsite performance, and ensuring consistent execution across all assets. This role blends leadership, operational oversight, team development, and process improvement in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Key responsibilities include setting operational direction for the property management function, overseeing property-level operations, leading cross-functional coordination, monitoring key performance indicators, ensuring operational compliance, strengthening vendor and partner relationships, developing, mentoring, and supporting property management teams, and providing executive-level reporting. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of multifamily property management experience, proven success in building or scaling property management operations, strong financial acumen and operational oversight, experience with capital projects, leasing, marketing, and compliance, excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and a willingness to travel.
