About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Asset Management to join their Investment Team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the performance of the firm's multifamily portfolio, which currently exceeds 11,000 units. This role is pivotal in leading day-to-day asset management initiatives, developing and executing strategic business plans for each property, and optimizing revenue and financial performance across the portfolio. The Vice President will also be responsible for maintaining close collaboration with the in-house property management team, leading the annual budgeting process, and tracking key performance indicators.
Applicants should have 5-10 years' experience in multifamily asset management, portfolio management, or operations, with a preference for those experienced in class A multifamily and familiar with East Coast markets. The role requires a professional with strong financial acumen, proficiency in various real estate management software, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing both detailed operational tasks and high-level strategic decision-making. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a deep understanding of the private equity business model and the real estate industry is essential.
