to join its New York office. As a key member of the Corporate Finance and Securities team, you will: Lead and support complex securities offerings, public and private capital markets transactions. Draft and negotiate transaction documentation and SEC filings. Counsel issuers, underwriters, and investors on regulatory and disclosure matters. Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams on high-profile deals. Maintain strong client relationships through excellent legal and commercial judgment. This role is suited for mid-level to senior associates and special counsel with capital markets and securities experience. Strong academic credentials and previous experience at a top-tier large NY firm preferred. You must have a relevant JD, and be admitted to the New York bar.
