
Responsibilities
Support capital markets and corporate transactions, including securities offerings and related matters Assist in drafting and reviewing offering documents, transaction agreements, and disclosure materials Conduct legal research and support deal execution from structuring through closing Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex transactional matters Assist with day-to-day workflow and transaction management Qualifications
1–2 years of capital markets or corporate transactional experience Experience with sophisticated corporate transactions Interest in or exposure to energy, power, or utilities matters is a plus, but not required Asset-backed finance or securitization experience is helpful but not required Strong academic credentials with exceptional analytical and writing skills Why Join The Firm
