Job Description
3+ years of hands‑on experience working with Salesforce data and related data processes.
Strong experience in data mapping, data modeling, and understanding complex data structures across systems.
Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce objects including Contacts, Accounts, Leads, and Opportunities.
Working knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis.
Experience in data cleansing, data quality checks, and reconciliation activities.
Proven experience using Salesforce data conversion and extraction tools such as Data Loader and Data Inspector.
Ability to collaborate closely with ITS teams and business stakeholders to support data integration and reporting needs.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to translate data requirements into actionable insights.
Nice To Have
Experience working with Workday data or integrations.
