The

Analyst, Retail & eCommerce

will work as a member of a small cross-functional team focusing on online marketplace strategy and investment initiatives, with a focus on online retail and food delivery platforms. This position will be responsible for assisting their team in driving our client\'s ecommerce growth and acceleration strategy. The ideal candidate requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, as well as creativity and an overall interest in and understanding of using consumer insights to reinforce digital campaign strategies. Responsibilities

Gather research necessary to build a new campaign focusing on the client\'s strategy and nurturing growth of their presence and visibility on delivery apps such as UberEats, Instacart, and Doordash Assist the manager in gathering necessary data for plan development Generate paperwork necessary for purchase authorization and ensure vendor counter signature is received Primary party responsible for trafficking approved plan Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing and bid adjustments Active monitoring and management of performance and competitive landscape Monitor and optimize eCommerce performance to meet business objectives Develop optimization recommendations Utilize bid management tools and paid search platforms to build campaigns, implement optimizations, pull reporting, and QA campaigns Implementation of optimizations and/or testing plans Pulling and analyzing data to inform campaign reporting and helping to build insights Responsible for granular maintenance of monthly billing cycle, as well as resolving all billing discrepancies in partnership with client strategy and billing reconciliation team Responsible for learning all relevant tools for reporting, analytics and competitive analysis - bid management platforms, Pervue, Skai, etc. Work closely with managers to establish priorities and manage workload Timely delivery of all work Stay informed on industry trends and new tools and ad formats Successful completion of training programs and any requisite certifications Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups Qualifications

1+ years of experience in ecommerce, bid management, and/or paid search campaign development/management/optimization is preferred Experience with Pervue and Skai platforms and/or similar tools Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage data Understanding of Search PPC and digital display advertising Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel Additional Information

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
