Job Description : Demand Generation Specialist Position Type : Full-Time, Salaried Employee Location : i-Tech Support, Inc., Ocoee, FL The Demand Generation Specialist is an execution and operations focused role responsible for driving pipeline volume and ensuring disciplined follow-through across MSP and ERP go-to-market motions. This role owns outbound sequencing, event execution (not selection), campaign delivery, CRM hygiene, and ROI tracking. It is not a people manager, not a strategist, and not a content owner. The objective is to create sales-ready conversations and generate pipeline volume. Lead capture is a mechanism. Core Responsibilities
Outbound Demand Operations
Own and manage omni channel outbound sequences for Acumatica ERP and MSP such as:
Email sequences with automation through CRM LinkedIn sequences
Ensure outbound execution aligns with:
Sales-provided ICPs and priorities Active campaigns and events
Optimize for:
Response rates Meetings booked Pipeline created
Event Execution and ROI Accountability
Owns execution and management of approved events, including:
Project management of timelines, tasks, vendors, and internal coordination Promotion and registration execution Lead capture and data hygiene Post-event follow-up execution
Track and report event ROI based on:
Meetings booked Opportunities created Pipeline influenced
Flag underperforming events with data-backed recommendations Campaign Packaging and Enablement
Execute MSP and ERP demand campaigns based on leadership direction Create and Manage Sales enablement materials and lightly adapt as needed Package content into execution-ready assets:
Emails Landing pages Event materials Sales Presentations and Branding Assets
Data, Tools, and Process Ownership
Own CRM and marketing tool execution for:
Campaign tracking Lead routing Attribution
Maintain high data integrity standards Enforce follow-up SLAs Surface execution gaps and friction points proactively Required Experience
4–7 years in B2B demand generation or revenue operations Experience supporting services-based or complex sales cycles Strong project management skills Hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience, HubSpot preferred Comfortable working closely with sales teams and BDRs Demonstrated ability to tie execution to pipeline outcomes Benefits
