Overview We are a staffing company that supports manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial businesses across Massachusetts. We are looking for a

project-based Business Development Partner

to help us secure new client accounts.

not a full-time sales position . Each engagement is focused on

one specific outcome : bringing in

one new client company

that signs a staffing agreement and begins using our services. Once that client is signed and active, the project is complete. Additional projects may be offered based on results. Location:

Massachusetts (required) What You’ll Be Responsible For

Identifying and approaching potential client companies that use hourly or temporary labor Making introductions and helping initiate the first conversation Supporting the process through a signed agreement and initial kickoff All recruiting, worker placement, operations, and ongoing account management are handled by our internal team. xsgimln Who This Is a Good Fit For

Someone with existing relationships in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments Former operations leaders, plant managers, or industry connectors Individuals comfortable opening doors and starting professional conversations Self-directed and results-oriented Massachusetts-based Engagement Details
