
Overview
We are a staffing company that supports manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial businesses across Massachusetts. We are looking for a project-based Business Development Partner to help us secure new client accounts.
This is not a recruiting role and not a full-time sales position .
Each engagement is focused on one specific outcome :
➡️ bringing in one new client company that signs a staffing agreement and begins using our services.
Once that client is signed and active, the project is complete. Additional projects may be offered based on results.
Location: Massachusetts (required)
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Identifying and approaching potential client companies that use hourly or temporary labor
- Making introductions and helping initiate the first conversation
- Supporting the process through a signed agreement and initial kickoff
All recruiting, worker placement, operations, and ongoing account management are handled by our internal team.
Who This Is a Good Fit For
- Someone with existing relationships in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments
- Former operations leaders, plant managers, or industry connectors
- Individuals comfortable opening doors and starting professional conversations
- Self-directed and results-oriented
- Massachusetts-based
Engagement Details
- Project-based (one client per engagement)
- Flexible schedule
- Paid on a per-project basis tied to successful client onboarding
