Podcast Advertising Sales Executive

Daily Wire is seeking a senior-level Podcast Advertising Sales Executive to drive premium revenue across our podcast portfolio. This role focuses on closing large-scale deals with major brands and agencies through sponsorships, host-read endorsements, custom integrations, and at-scale Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI) campaigns. Ideal candidates bring a proven track record in premium audio sales, established advertiser relationships, and hands-on experience selling both bespoke brand partnerships and scalable, targeted DAI inventory. Primary Responsibilities

Build and leverage senior-level relationships with national brands, top agencies, and holding companies to close multi-six- and seven-figure podcast advertising partnerships Sell premium brand solutions including host-read endorsements, integrated sponsorships, custom branded segments, exclusives, and cross-promotions aligned with talent and audience values Drive revenue through at-scale Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI), pitching and closing targeted pre-, mid-, and post-roll campaigns across the full podcast catalog, including back catalog Own the full senior sales cycle, from strategic prospecting and executive-level pitches to negotiation, contracting, renewals, and expansion Develop customized proposals and media plans that combine bespoke integrations with scalable, data-driven audio solutions Partner cross-functionally with talent, ad operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and strong client ROI Serve as a subject-matter expert on podcast advertising trends, DAI technology, attribution, and competitive positioning in premium audio Forecast revenue, manage a high-value pipeline, and contribute to overall podcast monetization and growth strategy Experience & Requirements

812+ years of progressive experience in podcast, digital audio, or premium media advertising sales, with strong emphasis on brand partnerships and DAI/programmatic audio Proven success exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue quotas through relationship-driven sales to Fortune 500 brands and major agencies Demonstrated experience selling host-read endorsements, integrated sponsorships, and large-scale DAI campaigns (strongly preferred) Established senior-level network across agencies and direct advertisers in key verticals such as finance, technology, consumer goods, and direct response Deep understanding of podcast ad formats, performance metrics (CPM, engagement, attribution, ROI), and DAI platforms including targeting, personalization, and back-catalog monetization Exceptional executive presence with strong negotiation, consultative selling, and C-suite/VP-level relationship-building skills Passion for conservative values, current events, and The Daily Wire's mission to champion facts and freedom Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, results-oriented environment
