As a Senior Consulting Manager, you will make an impact by helping our Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance clients solve complex business and technology challenges. You will be a valued member of our Insurance Consulting team and will work collaboratively with clients, business partners, and cross‑functional Cognizant teams to deliver transformative solutions. In this role, you will:
Analyze P&C insurance client challenges and design data‑driven, technology‑enabled solutions that support business transformation. Participate in the requirements analysis process, documenting business needs and assessing impacts to complex systems and operations. Leverage P&C domain expertise to support large-scale transformation programs, including multi‑tower deals, partnering across consulting horizontals. Support go‑to‑market initiatives by drawing insights from market trends, client issues, and competitive landscapes. Communicate effectively with business partners through regular status reporting, issue resolution guidance, and recommendations. Work model – Hybrid

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of business experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain; consulting experience preferred. Strong ability to understand and translate business needs into requirements and assess impacts to processes and systems. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed. Ability to work within cross‑cultural, multi‑time zone teams. These will help you succeed
Creative problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities. Experience supporting transformation across underwriting, claims, policy administration, or P&C platforms. Familiarity with industry standards and trends in P&C carriers and digital insurance. $134,500 - $158,500 This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Benefits
