Role Rechat is seeking a high-energy

Director, Team Partnerships

to drive meaningful revenue growth by partnering with

highly productive real estate Teams in the 10–50 agent segment . This is a senior, quota-carrying role focused on converting strong inbound demand, strategically sourcing outbound opportunities, and building trusted relationships within the Team ecosystem.

Unlike our Strategic Partnerships role, this position is optimized for

higher deal velocity and volume , with success driven by

efficient qualification, consultative selling, and fast-moving deal cycles . You will work with Team leaders who are actively seeking better ways to scale production, marketing, and agent performance.

This role blends inbound lead conversion, targeted outbound prospecting, ecosystem partnerships, and community engagement to consistently close new Team customers and expand Rechat’s footprint in this segment.

What You’ll Do

Own revenue growth within the

10–50 agent Team segment , carrying a quarterly quota

Qualify and close a

high volume of inbound leads

from Team leaders and operators

Conduct targeted outbound outreach to Teams that match Rechat’s ideal customer profile

Engage Team Leaders, Operations Managers, and performance-focused decision-makers in discovery conversations

Manage faster, high-velocity sales cycles while maintaining a consultative, value-driven approach

Clearly articulate Rechat’s value for Teams, including productivity gains, agent adoption, marketing efficiency, and measurable growth outcomes

Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to Team workflows and KPIs

Leverage Rechat’s

partner ecosystem

to source opportunities and co-sell where appropriate

Actively participate in

communities, forums, masterminds, and events

where Team leaders discuss growth, operations, and performance

Represent Rechat in webinars, workshops, and partner-led initiatives relevant to Team audiences

Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in HubSpot

Share insights from the field to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy

Contribute to building scalable, repeatable sales motions for Team-focused growth

Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

PropTech sales experience required

5+ years of experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to real estate Teams or adjacent audiences

Proven ability to manage and close a

high volume of opportunities

efficiently

Experience converting inbound demand while supplementing with targeted outbound prospecting

Strong understanding of Team structures, economics, and growth challenges

Comfort selling to Team Leaders, Operators, and growth-focused decision-makers

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding quota in fast-paced sales environments

Ability to articulate value using metrics, benchmarks, and ROI frameworks

Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities; Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment

Strong business acumen and customer-first mindset

Detail-oriented, persuasive, and execution-focused

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) - preferred

4–6+ years of experience selling SaaS or technology solutions with a strong record of performance

Background in Direct Sales, High-Velocity Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management roles

Metrics & Compensation

This is a

senior, quota-carrying role

with predefined quarterly revenue targets

Success is measured by:

Inbound lead conversion rates

New Team partnerships closed

Revenue, adoption, and expansion performance

Pipeline efficiency and sales velocity

Compensation is

base salary + commission

Projected On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000 – $215,000 , with meaningful upside for consistent over-performance
