Director, Strategic Partnerships
to accelerate our growth within the
enterprise brokerage segment (100+ agents) . This is a senior, quota-carrying role responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new business with mid-to-large real estate brokerages across North America. This role is
heavily outbound-driven , with
70–80% of the pipeline generated through proactive prospecting , strategic outreach, and relationship development. You will own the full sales cycle - from target account strategy and executive outreach through deal negotiation and close - while helping define and scale Rechat’s enterprise go-to-market motion. You will work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product to refine enterprise positioning, inform strategy, and drive meaningful revenue growth. What You’ll Do
Own new business acquisition within the
100+ agent brokerage segment , with a primary focus on
outbound pipeline generation Build and maintain a strategic target account list of enterprise brokerages, ownership groups, and franchise organizations Prospect into accounts using a multi-channel outbound approach, including cold calls, personalized email, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and coordinated campaigns Engage senior decision-makers (Owners, CEOs, Presidents, COOs, CMOs, Heads of Operations) and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees Lead discovery conversations to understand brokerage operations, growth priorities, and technology gaps Articulate Rechat’s enterprise value proposition, including platform consolidation, agent adoption, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to executive audiences Structure, negotiate, and close complex SaaS agreements aligned to revenue, adoption, and long-term partnership goals Partner closely with Rechat’s executive team on enterprise strategy, pricing, packaging, and deal execution Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in HubSpot Represent Rechat at industry conferences, brokerage events, and executive networking opportunities Provide ongoing field insights to inform product roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy Identify expansion and growth opportunities within existing enterprise customers Contribute to building repeatable outbound and enterprise sales playbooks as the team scales Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring
PropTech sales experience required 5+ years of experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to real estate brokerages or adjacent enterprise audiences Proven success in
outbound-led sales motions
with the ability to self-source pipeline Experience selling to
VP and C-level executives
and navigating complex buying processes Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise or mid-market environments Deep understanding of real estate brokerage operations, agent economics, and growth drivers Ability to clearly articulate value and business impact using analytics, KPIs, and ROI frameworks Self-starter mentality with comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where needed Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence Strong business acumen and analytical mindset Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persuasive; ability to work independently and succeed in a remote environment Commitment to embodying Rechat’s core values in all aspects of the role Metrics & Compensation
This is a
senior, quota-carrying role
with predefined quarterly revenue targets Success is measured by:
Outbound opportunity creation within the enterprise segment Enterprise partnerships closed Revenue, adoption, and expansion performance Pipeline efficiency and sales velocity
Compensation is
base salary + commission Projected On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000 – $215,000 , with meaningful upside for consistent over-performance Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) - preferred 4–6+ years of experience selling SaaS or technology solutions with a strong record of performance Background in Direct Sales, High-Velocity Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management roles Why You’ll Love Working Here
