Role Summary

Lead strategic planning and operations for the Collaborative Account Management (CAM) initiative in oncology, primarily coordinating in the US market with cross-functional alignment across Customer Experience, Sales, Medical, Access, Marketing, Field Analytics/Operations, and Training. Design and ensure execution of CAM best practices, develop new tools and processes to support CAM, and maintain high-performance teams within the CAM model. This role reports to the Head of the US Oncology Portfolio Strategy and collaborates with global stakeholders as needed. Responsibilities

Define and implement the vision for CAM with field leadership across functions, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Champion CAM and oversee Leaders of Oncology Field Teams to integrate CAM priorities into operations. Develop and monitor KPIs focused on CAM outcomes and continuous improvement. Design and implement the CAM framework to optimize customer engagement and lead operational execution. Develop and refine tools, processes, and resources to support CAM, including portfolio-wide content tactics. Monitor performance and drive high-impact outcomes across cross-functional teams. Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in account management strategies. Collaborate with Legal, Ethics & Compliance and other stakeholders to ensure compliant activities. Operational Execution

Own and optimize CAM processes, embedding best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders, including US oncology leadership. Partner with Customer Experience, Business Operations and IS to develop tools, resources, and analytics that support CAM implementation and account planning. Innovation & Insights

Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Access, and Analytics to incorporate AI-driven insights within the CAM model. Advance data analytics and reporting capabilities to inform strategic decisions and improve customer engagement. Talent Development & Capability Building

Design competency models, performance evaluation frameworks, and development programs for CAM skills in partnership with HR and Training. Ensure talent acquisition aligns with future CAM capability needs and assist in incorporating CAM principles into new job descriptions. Partner with Training to embed continuous learning, identify knowledge gaps, and co-develop upskilling programs. Select Conference & Event Leadership

Oversee KOL and Jazz Executive logistical planning for major conferences (ASCO, JADPRO, ONS, HOPA, COA) ensuring alignment and executive exchanges. Act as the integrated voice of the conference to Jazz Leadership. Incorporate CAM principles into cross-functional meetings and events. Change Management

Drive change initiatives to adapt CAM strategies to market dynamics and organizational priorities. Assist leadership in integrating CAM principles into reporting and year-end assessments. Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s in a business discipline with a minimum of 10 years of increasing responsibility in pharma/biotech, including at least 5 years in customer-facing roles (sales, field marketing, field medical, field access, or equivalent). Required: Experience working with matrixed sales/marketing/medical/access teams. Required: Proven track record of success across complex goals and objectives. Required: Experience navigating ambiguity and change with an entrepreneurial mindset. Required: Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment at senior/executive levels. Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong collaboration abilities. Required: Ability to work with minimal supervision, set priorities to meet timelines, motivate others, and manage budgets. Required: Some home office experience preferred. Required: Demonstrated track record of creative problem solving and strategic abilities. Required: Travel will be required. Preferred Education And Licenses

Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
