Role Summary

Lead analytics, insights, and market research to support strategic decision-making for oncology/therapeutic areas. Develop and communicate analytics-driven recommendations, build dashboards, and contribute to cross-functional teams to drive brand performance and patient insights. Responsibilities

Shape and communicate insights-driven, analytics-based recommendations to support business decisions and plans of actions Apply advanced analytics methodologies to generate novel insights and actions, such as predictive analytics or leveraging machine learning to uncover opportunities and identify performance drivers Execute and implement analytical solutions in support of business opportunity and risk assessment, promotion response, and return on investment analytics Develop the Patient Journey Mapping by building and analyzing models that reflect real-world patient experiences and barriers to treatment Use AI to personalize content, automate insights, and suggest “Next Best Actions” for HCP and patient engagement Lead Primary Market Research efforts that enhance the oncology brand teams’ knowledge regarding product attitudes, usage, market dynamics, and competition Work in a matrix team to contribute and co-lead cross-functional Team Meetings and National Business Review meetings to share market insights and performance updates across the franchise Develop dashboards to track and analyze key brand metrics nationally utilizing Power BI; provide leadership with national-level data to manage the business Represent the voice of the customer (physicians, patients) by maintaining and communicating a holistic understanding of the marketplace from primary and secondary sources Contribute to team meetings with analytical support, brand planning analysis, patient segmentation analyses, promotional effectiveness analyses, and other advanced analyses for brand performance assessment/management Evaluate product utilization data (internal and external) at the national level to reveal brand performance insights; collaborate with Is, Market Access, Sales Ops, and Data Strategy to identify key data sets and technology priorities Qualifications

BA or BS with a concentration in Life Sciences, Business or Mathematics; MBA or other advanced degree preferred 6+ years progressive experience in strategic analysis, planning, market research, and analytics Highly collaborative, team-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills; able to present to large audiences and drive impactful projects Good judgment with strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills Ability to share strategic insights across the franchise Exceptional analytical capabilities, including handling large data sets and applying advanced methodologies; strong market research experience Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and communicate findings to stakeholders Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and external vendors Continuously build expertise in commercial analytics, forecasting, and market research; stay current with tools and data sources Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is a plus Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources including prescriber data, chargebacks, EMR, and specialty pharmacy metrics is preferred Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization Experience in leadership within oncology or other complex therapeutic areas Excellent ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for business growth; proficient with Excel and Power BI Collaborative team player with adaptability to a growing business Deep experience with oncology data sources (e.g., Claims, EHR) Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and key business partners Education

BA/BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or advanced degree preferred Additional Requirements
