Ensure all sites operate in compliance with MN DHS 245D licensing standards. This role oversees program quality, documentation accuracy, and regulator adherence while collaborating with the Clinical Director; Operations Director, HR, Designated Coordinators, and House Managers. The Program Director does not direct clinical care and works strictly within 245D program oversight. What You\'ll Need

2-5 years in a supervisory or management role within a relevant industry, proficient in project management tools, ability to handle, analyze, resolve complex issues, risks and crises. Must be 21 years or older. Must be proficient in typing and plan writing. Must be willing to travel between sites. Must have excellent communication. Benefits Available to You After 60 days
