About SBL SBL is a digital-first financial health platform that helps small businesses access the right capital and financial products at the right time. Through a multi-lender marketplace and embedded finance partnerships, SBL connects SMBs to funding, insights, and tools that support long-term growth.

SBL is evolving from a lead-generation model into a logged-in, data-driven platform with real-time decisioning, intelligent offer orchestration, and deep lender integrations. The Director of Revenue Operations will play a critical role in scaling this platform and ensuring revenue efficiency across partners, products, and channels.

Role Overview We are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to own revenue performance across the SBL platform. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, lender partner performance, and platform optimization, ensuring revenue is measurable, scalable, and optimized across all funding and product flows.

This leader will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Lender Partners to ensure that SBL’s revenue engine is measurable, scalable, and continuously improving.

Shape how SBL measures and scales revenue

Influence lender strategy and marketplace design

Turn complex data into platform-level leverage

Help transform SBL into a durable, data-driven financial health ecosystem for SMBs

Key Responsibilities Revenue Analytics & Performance

Own end-to-end revenue and funnel analytics across the SBL platform.

Build and maintain executive dashboards covering partner performance, funnel conversion, and cohort trends.

Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and revenue attribution to align operational and financial metrics.

Lender Partner Operations

Own operational performance across lender partners within the SBL marketplace.

Develop and manage lender scorecards (approval rates, funding rates, credit alignment, SLAs).

Serve as the primary liaison for lender performance reviews, onboarding, and ongoing optimization.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to operationalize lender requirements and enhancements.

Platform Optimization & Revenue Strategy

Translate data insights into recommendations that improve offer matching, routing, and conversion.

Support Decision Engine evolution, including cash-flow data, credit integrations, and offer orchestration.

Identify revenue growth opportunities through new lender products, renewals, and partnerships.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance.

Establish scalable RevOps processes, documentation, and governance.

Support the growth of the RevOps function, including future tooling and hires.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Analytics, Strategy, or Marketplace Operations

Prior experience in fintech, lending, or financial marketplaces

Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in:

Funnel analytics

Partner performance analysis

Financial and revenue modeling

Proven ability to translate data into clear executive insights and decisions

Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and external partners

Nice to have: Tableau/Domo/SQL
