Job Summary
This role requires exceptional customer service skills paired with the ability to effectively promote and sell our products. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication abilities, prior experience in sales and customer service, and solid dataentry capabilities. Candidates should also demonstrate strong fundamental math and measurement skills, proficiency with computers, and the ability to perform accurate order and data entry. This position may occasionally support additional departments, including warehouse administrative functions.
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Service Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Sales
Develop expert knowledge of all products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Communication
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to deliver exceptional service and build longterm relationships. Administrative & Data Entry
Accurately enter orders, work ticket information, and other required data. Support additional administrative tasks as needed, including warehouserelated functions. Basic Requirements
Ability to answer and manage incoming phone calls. Strong customer service skills. Accurate dataentry skills. Strong math and measurement abilities. Proficiency with computers and office software. Spanishspeaking and writing skills preferred. High School diploma required; college degree preferred. Compensation
Starting pay:
$17/hour Eligible for an increase to
$18/hour after 90 days Pay Details:
$17.00 per hour
