Job Description Summary Join our team as a Lead Customer Order & Fulfillment Specialist, where you will have the opportunity to take the reins on a crucial aspect of our operations. In this role, you will implement and oversee processes that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to material fulfillment and customer program management. As a Customer Account Manager (CAM), you will directly engage with sales, support, and the relationships with our valued customers and fleet end users. Role Overview As the Lead Customer Order & Fulfillment Specialist, you will oversee the entire Order-Thru-Remittance (OTR) process for assigned J85 customers. Your role will include managing sales order flow, monitoring material fulfillment KPIs, and ensuring compliance with contractual and export regulations. You will be the key point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead the OTR process, establishing and enhancing KPIs related to material fulfillment and operational performance. Act as the primary contact for new parts and inside sales while aligning with customer and GE objectives. Manage the financial, contractual, and legal aspects of orders within GE systems to ensure policy compliance. Collaborate with customers to identify product/service solutions and forecast demand through provisioning and program reviews. Be the liaison for spare parts procurement and prioritization, working closely with Sourcing and Supply Chain. Quickly respond to inquiries about orders, including status updates and change notifications. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product status, OTR progress, and anticipate future customer needs, spotting trends and anomalies in order practices. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve both technical and business issues in a way that benefits both GE and the customer. Build strong relationships by ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and predictable delivery performance. Champion standard work processes and support projects aimed at reducing team burden and enhancing predictability. Key Deliverables Minimize J85 MRO constraints and provide clear prioritization signals to Sourcing. Reduce aged backorders through strategic forecasting aligned with shop visits. Facilitate support across the OOPS population from demand creation to delivery. Implement GE standard work and projects to enhance predictability. Support reconciliation activities, track metrics, and report results. Align with project teams on financials to improve accountability and predictability. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, sales, or supply chain management. The ability to work in a hybrid model with on-site presence in Lynn, MA more than 50% of the time (or as needed). Desired Characteristics Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional Information The salary range for this position is $115,000.00 - $152,950.00 USD annually, influenced by experience, education, and skills. This role is eligible for annual discretionary bonuses based on your base salary as part of our compensation plan.
