About the Role We're hiring a Lead Marketing & Brand Designer to own how our brand appears across marketing, web, and corporate channels as we reposition the company to be AI-first, modern, and cutting-edge.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real creative authority. You'll help shape a brand that feels confident, fun, and unmistakably forward-looking. This is not a product design role. Your primary partners will be Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and HR.
What You'll Do Lead the evolution of our brand to clearly signal AI-first thinking, modernity, and approachability Design high-impact assets across web, campaigns, email, paid and social, sales and partner decks, executive presentations, and employer-brand materials Own design for key website pages and landing experiences, balancing brand expression with clarity and conversion Proactively propose creative directions, concepts, and systems that push the brand forward Own visual direction across marketing and corporate design, with final decision-making authority on execution and brand consistency Set and uphold creative standards by pushing back on work that doesn't serve the brand and defining best practices for AI-enabled design workflows Actively use AI-powered creative tools to move faster, explore more ideas, and raise the quality of work What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, and web design A portfolio showing strong brand expression, marketing campaigns, web design, and presentation storytelling Demonstrated use of AI-powered creative tools in your workflow Expert proficiency in Figma and Photoshop Strong taste, judgment, and an opinionated point of view Comfortable working quickly, independently, and with senior stakeholders Why Join High visibility, real ownership, and the opportunity to help build a modern, AI-first brand that doesn't look or feel like beige B2B.
