This role works closely with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve order, billing, and account-related issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities Process daily order entry and billing transactions with high accuracy Maintain customer accounts and resolve order, billing, and return issues Communicate with customers, sales teams, and internal teams to resolve issues Provide accurate data entry and reporting Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred 2+ years of customer service or account management experience Order processing experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook ERP system experience (Oracle preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work additional hours and in a team environment
