
6-Month Contract
Join our fast-paced service team supporting clients with onboarding, account opening, and day-to-day service needs.
What You'll Do: Serve as the primary contact for client calls, emails, and requests. Handle end-to-end account opening, onboarding, and servicing tasks. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately. Provide proactive, dependable service and identify opportunities for additional banking or treasury solutions. What You Bring:
3-5 years in banking, call center, customer service, or treasury support. Strong communication skills and comfort handling high-volume inquiries. Experience with banking products, commercial/corporate accounts, and online/treasury platforms. Strong attention to detail; able to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree + experience supporting commercial/corporate clients.
