About the Role
The Customer Success Associate supports customers by managing support tickets, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal global teams. This is a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
Support customers via tickets, email, and other channels Manage and resolve tickets using Freshdesk Escalate issues to Product, Engineering, and global teams Create and maintain customer documentation and FAQs Track recurring issues and share insights
  What We’re Looking For
1+ year in customer support or a customer-facing role Experience with ticketing systems (Freshdesk preferred) Strong communication and organization skills Customer-focused and detail-oriented
