Description

At Maxxima, as our business continues to grow, so does our commitment to providing our customers with a first-class LED lighting experience for the home and on the road. We are in search of another talented individual to join our team on-site at our location in Hauppauge as a graphic designer to support our e-commerce marketing team and Art Director.

This role is highly execution-focused and plays a critical part in the day-to-day production for the home lighting and truck lighting divisions of our company. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and adaptable, with a strong production and operations mindset. This individual is a great communicator and thrives on managing multiple workflows, collaborating cross-functionally, and working independently to meet deadlines. In this role you will be responsible for creating all packaging and web listings for our products, editing product images with precision and maintaining our database of graphic assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging Production & Design

Design all product packaging layouts on provided die cuts Ensure brand consistency while adapting layouts and messaging per product line Prepare print-ready files and manage revisions Manage Website Product Listings

Create and maintain all product listings with accuracy and attention to detail Design and upload all visual assets for our products, including dimensional diagrams and infographics Ensure consistency of product images compared to similar items Collaborate with marketing team to update and optimize product web listings Photo Clipping & Retouching

Perform photo clipping, retouching, color correction, and image optimization Maintain consistent look and quality across all product imagery Template and save out assets for multiple platforms Act as the point person responsible for producing high quality images of our products for use across all platforms Photography Management

Coordinate photography needs for packaging, web, and marketing Prepare photo shoot lists based on our current website listings and research of similar competitive products Provide creative direction to our on-site photographer. Work closely on adjustments, providing real-time guidance and feedback Systematically organize, manage, and maintain digital assets Content & Social Media Assets

Design social media graphics and promotional assets, adapting designs for multiple platforms and formats as needed. Create video cover slides, remarketing ads and banners Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in graphic/digital design, marketing, communications, or related field 1-3 years experience in graphic design Minimum of 3 years working in Adobe Photoshop (can include coursework) Experience working in Adobe Illustrator and Indesign Experience in Adobe Express and Adobe Firefly a plus Proficiency and MS Word and Excel Ability to carry through a design style for a variety of products and across all platforms Must have thorough knowledge of current trends in design and marketing concepts Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while communicating effectively across departments Ability to receive constructive feedback and take direction as necessary Working knowledge of website development in HTML and/or BigCommerce is a plus Benefits:

Salary Description
