Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for fulfilling office administrative functions while delivering professional and efficient customer support. This role supports daily operations through order processing, data entry, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams. Duties and Responsibilities

Essential duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying current on new products, product binders, company websites, and other media and internet resources Maintain customer files and records, including special orders and display logs Create packing lists and invoices; mail or email invoices as required Perform accurate data entry of customer order information Process and ship literature requests Provide feedback to the Customer Service Supervisor regarding estimated time of arrival (ETA) for backorders, product issues, and customer concerns Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner using a pleasant tone Assist with customer service inquiries as requested Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills and Competencies Professionalism Customer Relations and Customer Service Tact and Diplomacy Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills Reading Skills and Basic Math Aptitude Organization and Planning Project and Time Management Computer Literacy Keyboarding Skills Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred Physical Demands
