Industry Food & Beverages Type Privately Held Founded 2021 Employees 51-200 About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Customer Retention Strategies to drive the development and enhancement of our post-purchase experience. This is a critical role focused on designing and implementing comprehensive retention strategies, with a particular emphasis on customer relationship management (CRM), subscription services, and loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will own key performance metrics such as customer lifetime value (LTV), churn rates, and subscription optimization. You will lead a talented, high-performing team while maintaining a hands-on approach. A strong understanding of data analysis, consumer psychology, and experimental methodologies is crucial to succeed in this position. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Customer Experience (CX), Product, and Brand, to create a seamless and engaging journey for customers after their purchase. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention, or subscription strategy At least 3 years in a leadership role Demonstrated ability to improve retention and customer engagement metrics Strong analytical, technical, and behavioral psychology skills Hands-on experience with relevant tools and platforms Exceptional collaboration and communication skills Startup or scale-up mindset with an ownership mentality towards revenue generation Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage all lifecycle marketing flows Oversee analytics to measure and drive improvements in retention Enhance subscription experience and optimize revenue opportunities Lead cross-functional initiatives to enrich the overall customer experience Travel Percent Less than 10% Functions Marketing Sales/Revenue Business Development
