Be part of our vibrant team as the Vice President of Customer Loyalty and Retention! In this pivotal role, you will lead the transformation of our post-purchase journey, focusing on crafting and implementing effective retention strategies. This position emphasizes the importance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), subscription models, and fostering customer loyalty. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators like Lifetime Value (LTV), minimizing churn, and optimizing subscriptions while guiding a dedicated team toward success.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience—at least 10 years in lifecycle management, CRM, retention, or subscription strategy, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. A hands-on approach is crucial, along with expertise in data analytics, consumer psychology, and experimentation. As the Vice President of Customer Loyalty and Retention, your collaborative skills will be essential as you work closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Customer Experience, Product, and Brand, to ensure a seamless and delightful customer journey following their purchase.
