Data Entry Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist with 2 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity within the consumer product industry, located in Hauppauge, NY. Responsibilities:

Enter customer sales orders into the company system with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Review all order details-including customer requirements and product information-before entry.

Collaborate with the Planning & Logistics or Sales teams whenever clarification or additional information is required.

Maintain accurate, organized records of all order entries across databases (Excel, WBI, QB, and customer-required formats).

Enter pre?receiving information for incoming inventory, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.

Process item?receiving data into the system, verifying quantities, item specifications, and all supporting paperwork.

Coordinate with warehouse and receiving teams to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing details.

Support planning functions by creating reports, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining planning tools.

Help monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities as needed.

Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on order progress, receiving timelines, and inventory availability.

Review order entry comparison reports to confirm that all details and orders are processed correctly.

Experience:

2-3 years of Logistics and Data Entry experience

Work Site: Onsite Employment Type: Temp to Perm Salary: $20-24hr

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour
