We are growing and would like to add another Intake Specialist to our already established team!

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a workers’ compensation or personal injury legal assistant and/or paralegal. This role requires a keen ability to evaluate cases from a business perspective and a talent for converting hesitant callers into clients, ensuring that all callers feel supported and valued. This role requires your presence full-time in our downtown office.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments of potential cases through phone consultations. Research and evaluate cases with a strong business acumen, identifying viable claims and potential legal issues in an efficient manner. Build rapport with callers, providing reassurance and support throughout the intake process. Maintain detailed and organized records of all communications and case evaluations. Utilize legal software to document case information accurately. Qualifications:

Prior experience as a legal assistant and/or paralegal, specifically in plaintiff’s personal injury or workers’ compensation. Proven ability to assess cases from both a legal and business perspective. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. What We Offer:

Salary range: $45,000 to $65,000 per year. However, it is very common for our Intake Specialists to make $66,000 to $75,000 due to our incentives, overtime, and other benefits. A supportive, collaborative, and positive work environment. Opportunities for professional growth and development.
