Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with State Farm and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Salary range is based on base salary plus average bonus/commission expected.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through agency marketing efforts, networking, referrals and walk ins.
Conduct in person consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain long term relationships.
Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and text.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding State Farm products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on State Farm policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to helping others.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Genuine care and concern for helping others.
Requirements
Interest in helping others.
Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (or willing to obtain).
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
People-oriented.
Detail oriented.
Proactive in problem solving.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to multi‑task.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
