As GTM Strategy Principal, you will lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for a suite of HR management products, ensuring seamless execution and adoption across global clients. You will serve as the operational and strategic engine for the business unit, partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, remove friction, and drive growth. This role blends high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring expertise in data analysis, process automation, and scalable workflow design. You will influence key business decisions, lead special projects, and shape playbooks that enhance efficiency and revenue performance. The position offers a remote work environment while providing exposure to a globally distributed team and complex operational challenges. Your contributions will directly impact the company’s growth trajectory and client success.
Accountabilities
Drive execution of go-to-market plans for HR management products across the assigned region Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate sales cycles Act as an internal and external authority on the HR domain, staying ahead of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory shifts Translate strategic goals into actionable playbooks for sales and customer success teams, including scripts, objection handling, and value propositions Lead high-priority special projects to support business transformation, scaling, and operational improvements Build dashboards, conduct cohort analyses, and leverage data to inform decision-making and track progress Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, and executive leadership to align strategy and execution Requirements
Background in Management Consulting, BizOps, VC, or as a Chief of Staff; experience as a founder or early GTM hire in a SaaS company is a plus Proven ability to build and scale systems, operations, and processes in a SaaS environment Strong data skills, including SQL, dashboard creation, and cohort analysis Highly autonomous and able to manage complex projects end-to-end Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and operational execution skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Comfortable making high-stakes decisions with incomplete data in ambiguous environments Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to EMEA markets are a plus Benefits
