Senior Interior Designer & Senior Architect/Project Manager An award-winning boutique design firm in Brooklyn is seeking two exceptional senior-level professionals to join their intimate, collaborative studio. Their portfolio reflects a commitment to craft, thoughtful detailing, and meaningful client partnerships. As a small firm, every team member plays a vital role in shaping our work and culture. The Opportunities: Senior Interior Designer Lead interior design concepts through execution on sophisticated residential and hospitality projects, bringing vision and meticulous attention to every detail. Senior Architect/Project Manager Oversee project delivery from schematic design through construction administration, managing timelines, budgets, and consultant coordination while maintaining design integrity. What We\'re Looking For: 8+ years of experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality design Background with boutique firms (10 people or fewer) strongly preferred New York City project experience Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (required) Experience with rendering software such as Enscape (a plus) Exceptionally self-motivated with the ability to work independently Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail Strong communication skills and client-facing presence What We Offer: Compensation: $130,000–$160,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) Schedule: Hybrid work arrangement (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package Culture: Genuine commitment to work-life balance in a supportive studio environment Position Details: Location: Brooklyn Type: Full-time Environment: Small, collaborative studio where your impact is immediate and visible Why This Role: Join a team where quality trumps quantity, where you\'ll have direct involvement in compelling projects, and where your expertise and judgment are trusted and essential to our success.
