We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our software delivery pipelines for Salesforce technologies. This role focuses on overseeing CI/CD pipelines, automating processes, and managing cross-team releases. $47 - $52 / hr. W2 Key Responsibilities: Support DevOps functions for Salesforce Retail and multiple Salesforce platforms by managing CI/CD pipelines. Handle daily release activities including code integration, build creation, validations, dry runs, and backout procedures. Provide ongoing support for Salesforce organizations utilizing Copado for CI/CD. Automate Salesforce project releases and optimize deployment processes for improved efficiency. Coordinate dependencies between teams and systems to ensure stable release cycles. Clearly communicate deployment status and updates to both technical and business stakeholders. Experience Requirements: 5+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery and release management. 5+ years of experience managing complex CI/CD pipelines. Proficient with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Copado. Strong background in branching strategies, code review, and CI/CD best practices. Experience with scripting languages including Python, Bash, and PowerShell. Familiarity with Remedy, Jira, Confluence, and data masking techniques in Salesforce. Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices. Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform Developer certification is preferred.
