Manager of Continuous Improvement Multi-Site Manufacturing
A global leader in materials processing and industrial solutions is looking for a
Manager of Continuous Improvement
to drive operational excellence across multiple U.S. facilities. This is a high-visibility role supporting both plant and non-plant operations, with a strong focus on Lean, ISO systems, safety, quality, and overall productivity.
What You'll Do Lead Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) across all U.S. locations Drive Lean initiatives, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, and process optimization Develop standardized work instructions and support quality system improvements Conduct plant workshops to analyze processes, solve problems, and train teams Manage multiple improvement projects across multiple sites Lead 6S+ audits and support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) adoption Monitor KPIs and communicate performance to plant teams Support digital transformation and system integration efforts Share best practices across the organization What You Bring
5-10 years leading major improvement initiatives with measurable results Degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent experience) Deep Lean expertise Experience in planning, warehousing, and inventory management (SAP environment preferred) Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and ISO 14001 Strong training, facilitation, and project management skills Financial analysis capability for project justification Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps Comfortable working in warehouse/plant environments Willing to travel to U.S. sites
