We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale our operational infrastructure, ensuring the marketplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
Role Overview As Director of Operations, you will oversee the full operational lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent growth and operational efficiency. You will implement processes, manage metrics, and lead a high-performing team to scale Blukers from strong traction to a category leader.
Key Responsibilities
Establish operational frameworks, cadences, dashboards, and KPIs to drive efficiency and performance Scale supply and demand through process optimization, capacity planning, and operational rigor Identify inefficiencies, automate workflows, and implement continuous improvement initiatives Lead and develop teams across Operations, Marketing, and Sales enablement; set objectives and coach performance Oversee budgets, headcount planning, vendor management, and resource allocation to meet growth and profitability targets Partner with Product to translate operational insights into product requirements and ensure smooth implementation Maintain compliance with marketplace and labor regulations Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to executive leadership Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading operations in marketplace, SaaS, or tech-enabled services Proven ability to scale teams, revenue, and operational processes while improving margins Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Bilingual in Spanish and English BA/BS in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA a plus Why Join Blukers
