Our client is seeking an
Associate Director (AVP)
to lead complex regulatory, risk, and compliance initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep consulting or advisory experience. This is a hybrid position based in Allegheny County, PA.
Associate Director (AVP)'s Responsibilities and Duties
Lead large-scale regulatory and risk transformation programs for banking and financial services clients Advise clients on evolving regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks Manage cross-border engagements involving global regulatory regimes including US, UK, EU, and APAC Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership Oversee project delivery, timelines, and quality across multiple concurrent initiatives Associate Director (AVP)'s Qualifications and Skills
At least 10 years of relevant experience in consulting, advisory, or audit within banking and financial services Prior experience at a Big 4 audit or consulting firm strongly preferred Proven experience leading large-scale regulatory or risk transformation programs Demonstrated exposure to global regulatory frameworks and cross-border client engagements Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
