About the Role
Join our team as the Director of Loan Syndications and play a vital role in driving the growth and innovation of our syndications business. In this leadership position, you'll develop and implement a strategic plan to amplify our syndications efforts while mentoring a dedicated team of transactors. Your expertise will guide market pricing, deal structuring, and origination strategies.
The successful candidate will excel in deal marketing and financial modeling, harnessing their strong communication and analytical skills to foster new business opportunities and navigate complex banking relationships. A BA or BS degree is required, with an MBA preferred, alongside at least 15 years of experience in loan syndications, investment banking, or commercial banking.
Your responsibilities will include participating in the senior loan committee, establishing risk ratings, and enhancing our banking staff's knowledge of capital markets and syndicated loan markets. We're looking for a proactive leader with a commitment to risk management and compliance with regulatory standards.
