My client is an employee-owned company specializing in high-end commercial façade projects. They are looking for
Senior Estimator
with extensive experience in
unitized curtain wall systems .
This is a hands-on role, requiring 100% site-based involvement on high-end commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly experienced, and able to manage complicated scopes from concept through bid.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for high-end commercial façade projects, specializing in
unitized curtain wall systems . Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to develop accurate cost proposals. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to clarify design and scope issues. Maintain and update estimating templates, databases, and records in Bluebeam, Excel, and other estimating software (OST a plus). Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed. Deliver two-stage estimates accurately and on schedule
