Required Skills & Expertise • Salesforce Clouds: o Deep, hands-on experience in Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. • Core Technical Skills: o Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. o Strong understanding of API integration patterns, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Salesforce security model. o Expertise in data modeling, data migration strategies, and performance tuning. • Integration & Middleware: o Experience with Mulesoft, AWS services, and other enterprise integration platforms. • DevOps & CI/CD: o Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit, and automated deployment pipelines. • Enterprise Experience: o Proven track record in banking and financial services environments or other large-scale enterprise implementations. • Soft Skills: o Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. • Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade implementations. • Develop PoCs to validate architectural decisions and accelerate solution delivery. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives. • Ensure adherence to best practices in security, integration, and performance optimization. • Provide thought leadership and guidance on Salesforce capabilities and roadmap. • Participate in Technical Review Board meetings to approve designs and validate approaches for new development. • Be open to hands-on coding and development work when required to ensure solution quality and feasibility. Role Expectations • Strategic Leadership: Act as a striker by identifying opportunities to leverage Salesforce for business growth and innovation. • Solution Ownership: Take full accountability for architectural decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. • Innovation & Agility: Rapidly prototype and validate solutions through PoCs to address complex business challenges. • Hands-On Development: Be willing and able to write Apex code, build Lightning Web Components (LWC), and perform configur ation tasks when needed to support delivery. • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, influencing decisions with clear technical rationale. • Mentorship: Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles. • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends to recommend forward-looking solutions. • Quality & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and performance requirements for financial services environments. Certifications (Highly Preferred) • Salesforce Certified Application Architect • Salesforce Certified System Architect • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly desirable • Salesforce Certified Data Architect • Salesforce Certified Integration Architect • Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Architect • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II • Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect (preferred) • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred)

Salary Range- $150,000-$180,000 a year
