Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Technical Architect
to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with architectural leadership, guiding enterprise implementations within regulated environments such as banking and financial services.
This role works closely with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams to define end-to-end Salesforce architecture while ensuring adherence to best practices, governance, and platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement
enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures
across
Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud . Lead
end-to-end technical architecture
for complex Salesforce implementations, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Develop
proofs of concept (PoCs)
to validate architectural approaches and accelerate delivery. Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs. Define and enforce
Salesforce best practices
related to security, performance optimization, and system integrations. Provide
technical leadership and mentorship
to development teams and review solution designs. Participate in
Technical Review Boards
to approve designs and guide new development initiatives. Remain
hands-on when required , contributing to Apex, LWC, integrations, and complex technical components. Stay current with Salesforce releases, roadmap, and emerging capabilities to influence platform strategy. Required Technical Skills
Salesforce Cloud Expertise
Deep hands-on experience with:
Data Cloud Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Service Cloud Experience (Community) Cloud Marketing Cloud
Core Development & Platform Skills
Advanced proficiency in
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL . Strong understanding of
Salesforce security model , including profiles, permission sets, sharing, and encryption. Expertise in
API integrations , REST/SOAP, OAuth,
Single Sign-On (SSO) , and event-based integrations. Proven experience in
data modeling, data migration strategies , and
performance tuning . Integration & Middleware
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using
MuleSoft, AWS services , or similar middleware platforms. DevOps & CI/CD
Hands-on experience with
Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit, Git , and automated CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with release management, environment strategy, and deployment governance. Enterprise & Domain Experience
Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions in
banking, financial services , or other large-scale enterprise environments. Strong understanding of compliance, data security, and scalability requirements in regulated industries.
