The successful candidate will be a strategic and client-focused leader with a proven track record in executive liability and professional risk products. Key responsibilities for this role include serving as a trusted advisor on a range of exposures, from D&O to cyber, and leading a team in detailed policy reviews, risk audits, and fiduciary briefings. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in business development, driving cross-vertical collaboration, and managing the division's P&L with a strong emphasis on operational and financial oversight. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Financial Lines within a brokerage setting, with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license. The role requires a candidate with a talent for building high-performing teams, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for solving complex client challenges. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coverage language, carrier negotiations, and placement strategies, particularly for emerging risks and evolving regulatory exposures.
