This pivotal role will focus on designing and executing the operational framework needed for this exciting new business line, ensuring a compliant and efficient operational ecosystem. Key Responsibilities include: Developing and leading a world-class, multi-jurisdictional banking operations function Managing BaaS and sponsor bank relationships Overseeing end-to-end customer operations Implementing financial crime and risk management frameworks Ensuring operational readiness for scaling Ideal candidates will have 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in banking operations within fintech, neobanks, or regulated financial institutions. A strong background in BaaS or managed-services partnership models is essential, along with deep expertise in US and UK payment systems, card operations, and treasury/reconciliation.
