Key Responsibilities include: Developing and leading a world-class banking operations function across multiple jurisdictions Managing relationships with Banking as a Service (BaaS) providers and sponsor banks Overseeing the entire customer operations lifecycle Implementing effective financial crime prevention and risk management frameworks Ensuring operational preparedness for scalable growth The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in banking operations specifically within fintech, neobanks, or regulated financial institutions. A strong foundation in BaaS models and managed services partnerships is essential, along with deep expertise in US and UK payment systems, card operations, and treasury/reconciliation processes.
