Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives and boost overall performance.
Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic HR support, including workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
Offer expert advice on complex employee relations issues and ensure adherence to employment laws and policies.
Lead performance management, talent reviews, and development programs to enhance employee engagement and capabilities.
Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decisions, identify trends, and enhance processes and programs.
Drive initiatives designed to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention rates.
Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and the complete employee life cycle management.
Maintain consistent communication with employees and leadership to proactively address issues and concerns.
Work alongside HR colleagues to design and implement effective HR solutions and programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a relevant field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
A minimum of 5 years supporting senior leaders (VP level preferred) and collaborating with sales or go-to-market teams.
Ability to work on-site in the Redwood Shores office 2-3 days per week.
Strong expertise in strategic HRBP support, coaching, organizational development, and managing change.
Thorough understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing capabilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $165,000, depending on various factors such as location, experience, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including annual bonuses or sales incentives based on performance. Employee benefits vary by employment type and location, but may include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, stock awards, and access to an employee stock purchasing plan.
