Key Responsibilities Act as a purchasing partner for employees and customers in multiple departments and offices. Manage the complete indirect purchasing process from request to delivery, including analyzing internal requirements, following procedures, enforcing company policies, and collaborating with Legal and Finance teams for execution. Engage with external suppliers, analyze price offers, negotiate better business terms, and mitigate costs while understanding complex contracts. Requirements Must work during PST or CST shifts. Consistently meet and exceed SLA deadlines while delivering quality work. 0-1 years of purchasing, negotiation, and project management experience. Preferred experience in a global company. Familiarity with creating and processing purchases through ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook), including data analytics. Exceptional customer service orientation and skills; ability to understand both stated and un-stated customer needs. A proven capacity to work independently under pressure and complete projects within timelines. Highly organized, efficient, and possess a strong attention to detail. Understanding of financial concepts including cost centers, GLs, CapEx, OpEx, and quarterly budgeting. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future. EOE M/F/Veterans/Disabled The wage range for this position considers various factors such as location, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range is $45,000-50,000. In addition to base compensation, certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including annual bonuses or sales incentives based on revenue or utilization. Benefits available may vary depending on employment nature and location.
