How You Will Contribute As a Director, you will lead a team and serve as the primary liaison between our healthcare clients and internal teams, managing a variety of complex projects. Your responsibilities will include: Building trusted relationships with clients and fostering credibility. Engaging in high-level discussions with c-suite executives and board members to address challenges and strategic initiatives. Assessing business needs swiftly and implementing effective solutions across revenue cycle operations. Maintaining regular communication with clients and project teams, ensuring issues are escalated appropriately. Guiding clients through crisis situations and offering strategic advice. Collaborating with other service lines to ensure alignment and integration of efforts. Overseeing project plans to prioritize and manage deliverables effectively. Mentoring junior staff and providing on-the-job training to enhance their skills. Developing tools for tracking client performance and establishing KPIs to improve operational effectiveness. Redesigning workflows and addressing quality issues to enhance financial outcomes. Managing project economics, budgeting, and timely invoicing. Delivering high-quality work products based on comprehensive data analysis. Functioning in interim roles (e.g., VP Revenue Cycle) as needed. Implementing sustainable transition plans for client improvements. Identifying opportunities for expanding our business with clients while contributing to proposal designs. In this position, you will create a team culture focused on quality work and continuous improvement while effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities. Projects may include performance assessments, enterprise improvements, and interim management within diverse healthcare settings. Qualifications High-energy leaders with a passion for healthcare and solving complex problems. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in healthcare consulting or related fields. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare fields. Experience in revenue cycle management within hospitals or large health systems. Knowledge of revenue cycle challenges and solutions aimed at enhancing collections and operational efficiency. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with familiarity in data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI being advantageous. Strong understanding of revenue cycle systems, operations, and regulations. Able to identify key performance drivers, offering flexible support across various client issues. Track record of managing engagements, deliverables, and mentoring junior team members. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse client personnel. Willingness to travel as required. The annual base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience, along with potential for a discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
