How You Will Contribute
As the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, you will lead a dynamic team, acting as the primary liaison between our healthcare clients and internal stakeholders. Your role will include:
Building trusted relationships with clients and earning their confidence.
Engaging in strategic discussions with c-suite executives and board members to tackle challenges and outline initiatives.
Quickly assessing business needs and implementing effective revenue cycle solutions.
Maintaining ongoing communication with clients and project teams, appropriately managing escalations.
Navigating clients through crises and providing strategic guidance.
Collaborating with multiple service lines to align and integrate efforts.
Overseeing project plans and effectively managing deliverables.
Mentoring junior staff and offering on-the-job training to boost their development.
Creating tools to track client performance and establish KPIs to enhance operations.
Redesigning workflows to resolve quality issues and improve financial outcomes.
Managing project budgets and ensuring timely invoicing.
Delivering high-quality work based on thorough data analysis.
Taking on interim roles (e.g., VP of Revenue Cycle) as needed.
Implementing sustainable transition plans for client enhancements.
Identifying growth opportunities with clients while contributing to proposal designs.

Qualifications
High-energy leaders passionate about healthcare and tackling complex challenges.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in healthcare consulting or related fields.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or relevant healthcare disciplines.
Expertise in revenue cycle management within hospitals or large health systems.
Understanding of revenue cycle challenges and solutions to enhance collections and operational efficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Strong grasp of revenue cycle systems, operations, and regulatory requirements.
Able to pinpoint key performance drivers, providing adaptable support to diverse client issues.
Proven track record of managing engagements and mentoring junior team members.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging a variety of client personnel.
Willingness to travel as required.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $160,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience, plus the opportunity for a discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
