As an AI & Data Strategy Consultant, you will:
Shape the vision for AI, GenAI, and data-led business reinvention.
Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on integrating AI and data into business processes and functions.
Create and structure a comprehensive AI and data strategy to optimize data assets and leverage AI technologies for competitive advantage.
Evaluate the maturity of an organization's AI and Data strategy, talent resources, operating model, and data infrastructure.
Define the essential components needed to evolve into an AI-first organization, including technology frameworks and future-ready operating models.
Build robust business cases and roadmaps to execute the strategy, identifying revenue growth and cost-reduction opportunities.
Incorporate Responsible AI principles into the vision and implementation roadmap, strategizing ecosystem partnerships and fostering a culture of innovation.
Identify and mobilize resources—people, processes, and technologies—to operationalize AI solutions effectively.
Develop strategies for creating AI-first products and commercial opportunities.
This role requires a willingness to travel up to 80%, based on client needs. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in AI and Data Strategy, with expertise in Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Value Case Development, and Tech-Driven Transformations.
At least 4 years of high-value consulting experience or relevant internal consulting experience.
Proven experience leading workstreams and managing deadlines effectively.
Demonstrated large-scale delivery accomplishment.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field.
Skills: Exceptional program management and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for cultivating new opportunities and leading client engagements.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster effective teamwork and maintain collaborative relationships.
