As an AI Strategy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in partnering with C-suite executives and organizational leaders to enhance competitiveness and drive growth. You will help implement operational enhancements to create sustainable value for stakeholders, supported by our proprietary solutions and deep industry insights.
Your responsibilities will include:
Articulating a compelling vision for AI, GenAI, and data-led business reinvention.
Building strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on integrating AI and data into key business processes.
Crafting a detailed AI and data strategy to optimize data assets, maximizing AI technologies for a competitive edge.
Assessing the maturity of organizations' AI and data strategies, talent resources, operating models, and data infrastructure.
Defining essential components for evolving into an AI-first organization, including technology frameworks and innovative operating models.
Developing comprehensive business cases and roadmaps that identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
Integrating Responsible AI principles into strategy and implementation, fostering a culture of innovation and exploring ecosystem partnerships.
Mobilizing resources—people, processes, and technologies—to effectively operationalize AI solutions.
Formulating strategies for creating AI-first products and exploring new commercial opportunities.
This role requires a willingness to travel up to 80%, as required by client engagements. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in AI and Data Strategy, particularly in Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy and Tech-Driven Transformations.
At least 4 years of high-value consulting experience or relevant internal consulting experience.
Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage deadlines effectively.
Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field.
Skills: Exceptional program management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for cultivating new opportunities and leading client engagements.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Strong leadership abilities to foster teamwork and collaborative relationships.
