Your Role
* Identify potential healthcare candidates through our unique platform along with leveraging your networks
* Engage with prospective candidates to introduce them to MLR opportunities and assess their interest
* Coordinate appointments for candidates with our recruiters to ensure thorough interviews
* Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and support their path through the hiring process
* Keep accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system
* Generate income based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires driven by your leads

Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based, commission-only position without any cap on your earning potential and the sky as your limit.
